Andres Rodriguez has been sentenced in Lexington County to 10 years incarceration for Trafficking Cocaine, 2nd Offense.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant Solicitor Bradley Pogue.

Rodriguez has prior convictions for Trafficking Cocaine, Possession with intent to distribute Heroin, and Unlawful conduct towards a Child. 

Rodriguez was found in possession of nearly a kilo of cocaine (approx. $90,000 street value) during a traffic stop in the South Congaree area of Lexington County. He was arrested on this offense while he was waiting to be sentenced in Orangeburg County on previous drug charges.
