National Child Abuse Prevention month came to a close this week. Our office collected donations during the month of April to support the Dickerson Children's Advocacy Center snack drive for children who need its services. Today, Victim Advocate Nikki Vega and Assistant Solicitor Kelly Oppenheimer delivered these donations to the Advocacy Center.

Also, as part of the volunteer and community service aspect of our Pretrial Intervention (PTI) program, participants made a significant voluntary financial contribution to the Dickerson Center during the month of April.

Although April has come to an end, we will continue to support the Dickerson Children’s Advocacy Center and raise awareness about child abuse as we stand united against it.
