The Solicitor’s Office hosted a community workshop today in Swansea in partnership with New Life Outreach Ministries, the Department of Probation, Pardon, and Parole, and the Fatherhood Coalition. Davant Keenan, our Expungement Coordinator, along with Solicitor Rick Hubbard spent this Saturday morning providing expungement information to the community and worked with citizens to review their criminal record.

Expungement clinics like the one we had today are necessary to help people clean up their criminal history to the extent authorized by law. Expungements afford citizens an opportunity to move forward with their lives without a criminal conviction or arrest following them. We know that those we helped today greatly appreciated this workshop.
