Christopher Kelly was sentenced today in Lexington County to 10 years in prison for a home burglary in West Columbia. Officers responded when the ADT security alarm was activated while homeowners were away. Kelly was apprehended nearby.

This case was investigated by Investigator Thomas Griffin of the West Columbia Police Department and Assistant Solicitor Kate Usry handled its prosecution for the office. Kelly has a prior record of felony level offenses.
