Our prosecutors spent the morning with Jim Dedman training on cross-examination trial techniques. Solicitor Hubbard coordinated this training as part of a series of trainings he has planned for the 11th Circuit. Jim is a veteran prosecutor, a retired National District Attorneys Association instructor, and former Director of Academics at the National Advocacy Center. He has trained hundreds of prosecutors throughout the entire United States. He also created national training courses for prosecutors and support staff. Jim is one of the best in cross-examination techniques and we are thankful that he spent the morning with our office.
