Edgefield Man Sentenced to over 22 Years in Prison in Shooting Death of a Woman

Solicitor Rick Hubbard and Deputy Solicitor Shawn Graham secured a guilty conviction in a deadly domestic violence case today in an Edgefield County shooting incident. Jody Ray Jones pled guilty to Voluntary Manslaughter today for shooting Patricia Love in the head a week before the case was scheduled to be called for trial. Detective Jimmy Smith and the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office worked hard on this case, which contributed to justice being served today for the death of Patricia Love.
