Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all criminal court proceedings in Edgefield, Lexington, McCormick, and Saluda Counties are cancelled until May 1, 2020. We encourage all individuals associated with pending cases to keep in contact with their attorneys. 

The Lexington County Marc H. Westbrook Judicial Center is closed to the public and only employees of the courthouse may enter. This closure applies to defendants, victims, opposing counsel, and to any outside agency or individual.

The Solicitor's Office will be open and we can be contacted by phone, email, or through our social media platforms. Our employees will be working on a modified schedule to comply with suggested guidelines and requirements. We have equipped our employees to work remotely as well. It is important for our work to continue during this pandemic.
