Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Lexington County General Sessions Court (Criminal Court) has made the following changes:

General Sessions First Appearance scheduled for April 2, 2020, is cancelled.  The new First Appearance date is May 7, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Courtroom of the Lexington County Marc H. Westbrook Judicial Center located at 205 E. Main Street, Lexington. 

General Sessions Second Appearance scheduled for April 3, 2020, is cancelled.  The new Second Appearance date is Friday, May 8, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Courtroom of the Lexington County Marc H. Westbrook Judicial Center located at 205 E. Main Street, Lexington.
