Rodriquez Latron Blair, a 42-year-old man from McCormick, pled guilty this week to two counts of Felony Resisting Arrest in McCormick County. During the altercation, Blair was tased and sprayed with pepper spray. However, Blair was not subdued and continued to assault jail staff and law enforcement officers by kicking, punching and biting.
