Repeat Drug Offender sentenced to 13 Years in the Department of Corrections

Corey Eaglin, a repeat offender, has been sentenced to 13 years for Distribution of Heroin - 2nd offense after pleading guilty in Lexington County General Sessions Court last week. Eaglin also pled guilty to charges of Escape and Domestic Violence.

The case was prosecuted by 11th Circuit Assistant Solicitor Bradley Pogue and the drug distribution charges were investigated by the Lexington County Narcotics Enforcement Team. 

Assistant Solicitor Bradley Pogue states, "Eradicating the sale and distribution of heroin remains a focal point."
