Matthew Alexander Young was sentenced to 7 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections for robbing the Gaston Family Pharmacy. Young threatened to kill employees of the pharmacy and demanded drugs.

This case was prosecuted by Senior Assistant Solicitor Angela Garrick Martin and the Gaston Police Department handled the investigation of this case.
