Grateful to all of the brave men and women who serve and protect Lexington County. Today, we honored the 17 law enforcement officers who gave their lives in the line of duty while serving Lexington County.
Proud to pay tribute and remember them today alongside Sheriff Jay Koon and Captain Mark Jones of Lexington County Sheriff's Department, Chief Terrence Green of Lexington Police Department, Colonel Michael Oliver of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, and Chief W. Wallace Oswald of Batesburg-Leesville Police Department.
